Christo’s Newborn Session

Even before he made his earth side appearance, I knew  Christo’s newborn session was going to be amazing as soon as his mom and dad walked into the studio for their pre-consultation planning session. Their warm smiles and easy going spirits made for great conversation and it was incredible to see both our visions come together as we eagerly planned things out. I wish they could have stayed all afternoon! It was such a treat for me to spend some time getting to know them before their little bundle arrived. Some of the fondest memories I have with my clients aren’t always during the actual sessions but our times together brainstorming, envisioning, planning and getting to know each other better over a cup of coffee even before the little bub arrives.

There are no words to describe the depth of love this family has for one another but it can be clearly seen in the images. It was refreshing to my soul to be with them as a new family of four and I feel honored to have been a part of preserving these cherished moments from Christo’s early days. Its crazy that he is a month old already now. Time is a thief isn’t it!?
