Myla’s Cake Smash

I know Myla as the smiley baby. By looking at her newborn photos you can see why. I’ve never seen a newborn smile as much as she did. What a dream right? It came up on a year since she was in the studio and of course I expected her to bring the same happy and sweet.  She did NOT disappoint. Myla’s cake smash was just as I’d thought: sweet and absolutely darling just like her.

We popped a Tortoise and the Hare bonnet on, a simple diaper cover and the cute just rolled while she cautiously tasted the cake. I love that mom was behind me, gently coaxing out her best smiles.  When mom and dad look at these photos on their wall, the smile they will always see is one that only mom can pull from her. In the end: beautiful photos, joy and youth are remembered and I get to watch another tiny client reach another milestone.

What’s your favorite milestone that you’ve had captured? What made that special to you?Myla's Cake Smash
